EXTERNAL PEER TEAM VISITS I, II & III Education , particularly Higher Education, is the backbone of any nation. Yadava College realizes this philosophy and takes tenacious efforts to bring about effective changes so as to augur creative and purposeful development in its activities. Academic programmes, teaching methodologies, curriculum designing, infrastructure development and administrative excellence encompass the concentrated activities of Yadava College. To know the status of the college and to realize the point where it stands, the college arranges for peer team visits, both internal and external, that evaluate all the criterions that are expected to be present in an education institution. First of all, a general peer team visit on the functioning of the college was done by Mrs. R. Latha, Dean, Academic, and Sis. Mary PA Vice-Principal, Fatima College, Madurai on 20 July, 2009. In their report, the experts reviewed the strengths and short comings of the college. Another Peer Team visit, which concentrated on departments, was held on 24 February 2010. The team consisted of experts drawn from other reaccredited colleges. The views and responses aired by the experts have been discussed at the respective departmental level for necessary possible action to be carried out. .

The College had arranged for a third Peer Team Visit to evaluate the actions taken on the observations made by the earlier two Peer Team reports. Conclusion

Peer Team visits have been of great help in identifying the merits and demerits of the institution. The college proposes to conduct these kind of visits periodically to enhance the academic ambience to an excellent level.
